My experience was beyond my expectations! Jolene made me feel like a Barbie doll and she knew exactly what she wanted to do with me and how to pose for photos; she did a great job and everything seemed to go by so fast. Never once did I feel uncomfortable. The hardest part was narrowing down so many wonderful pictures!  I am so beyond thankful to have been able to have this experience! Thank you so much pretty lady for all you do! 

 I decided to do a Boudoir photo shoot because I wanted to do something fun for myself. I like how Jolene makes you feel absolutely comfortable. She knows her stuff and made the experience professional and fun! I would definitely do this again. I left feeling confident, sexy and empowered!

I wanted to do a boudoir photo shoot to get the experience but also to have photos where I'm utterly content and comfortable being in the skin that I'm in.

My hair and makeup was flawless and the photos are incredible.

My hair was golden locks of ringlets and I have the most beautiful color lipstick on. Jolene even captured me in my flannel, which is one of my favorite pieces of clothing. Yes! I'd do it again. Truly a wonderful experience!

I’ve been wanting to do a boudoir shoot for years but never wanted to drive far and always thought I’d wait for the “perfect body,” then one day I decided to just do the damn shoot.   I had
 a blast with Jolene! She made it so much fun and I instantly felt so comfortable with her. She is very professional and has a great eye. She will direct you to get the perfect shot. I would recommend her to anyone interested in a little self love empowering experience.
 

I have crazy thick naturally curly hair and Jolene did an awesome job. I never wear makeup and I looked amazing when she was done. The photo shoot was easy going.  Be prepared to twist and turn as you do get your workout in! The reveal was just... "OH MY!" It was so hard to pick. I definitely recommend going with your gut, I know I did. It was super fun and I totally got to be a girly girl for a day. You brought out the sexy, confident person in me! Ladies, just go for it! Weather you want to give it as a gift or just for you, DO IT!  You will not regret it! 

I had a BLAST! Loved hair and makeup. Choosing outfits was so much fun and Jolene knew exactly what would work for me. I laughed for the whole shoot. The reveal was almost shocking. I didn't expect the photos to look so amazing. It was so hard to narrow down photos for my album. I walked in with no clue what to expect and walked away with more confidence than I've had in awhile. Loved my experience and I definitely plan on doing it again! Thank you so much! 

I decided to do a Boudoir shoot because I wanted to feel sexy again. I loved the studio space! Jolene is awesome with coaching your body placements. Honestly, my red dress was my favorite. It was a last minute decision and she even got some when I was not expecting shots.

I have already started recommending Ladies "Do a Boudoir session!" It is empowering as a women.

Jolene is one of a kind! She NEVER fails to make anyone feel comfortable! Jolene is very laid back, open minded, and has a happy go lucky attitude NO MATTER WHAT! I am not usually photogenic but I left feeling good about myself and excited to show my husband how they turned out!

I think this is something that every woman should do at least once in their lifetime! Its definitely empowering and lets you see yourself in a different light than what you normally see yourself in.

I am constantly criticizing myself, and I HATE having my picture taken. I've always thought about doing a shoot (of any kind) would be so much fun but was always nervous. I saw a friend do these pictures and just really wanted to do something for myself. Step outside of my comfort zone. I wanted to show myself that I am totally worth it! 

From the minute I arrived Jolene made me feel very welcome. We talked and just got to know each other. She did a great job with my hair and makeup and easily helped me pick out outfits. I was nervous once the picture taking started, but Jolene just made it so relaxed and fun! She really made me feel confident about myself during the shoot!! I loved the whole experience and would definitely do it again! Jolene is amazing and I've already recommended my friends to go see her!!

It's been a rocky road. I've struggled with addiction for years. Weather drugs or food there has always been a want. 7 years ago I decided I wanted to be happy again. So, I cleaned up! I went from 328 pounds size 30 to now 150 pounds size 2 all natural drug free powerful woman! 

I wanted to celebrate my accomplishments!

It was wonderful having someone fix me up in makeup and pretty hair. I never wear makeup and my hair is always up so it was lots of fun. I can't wait to do another! 

I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Jolene made it fun and not awkward. She makes you feel good about yourself the whole time. I would definitely do another shoot. I think every women should do a boudoir photo shoot to see that they do have the confidence in their body. That you are beautiful no matter what you look like. We all struggle with our own demons with the way society portrays what a women should look like. I feel like these shoots would really help other women like it did to me.

I was nervous at first going there, which I am unsure why because i have known Jolene almost my entire life. The hair and makeup were a great experience with great conversation. I am not a girly girl so the whole ordeal was fun for me. The photo shoot was so much fun and for sure a little bit of a workout! When it came time for the big reveal I couldn't believe the pictures! They were amazing and so hard to narrow down but Jolene helped  with that too! 

I would definitely do this again!

 I needed to find myself again, and this is what I decided to do (a Boudoir shoot), to be bold, and like myself for myself.  I  love Jolene. I have never had the experience of having my makeup done  professionally (or wear false eyelashes). She made me beautiful! And  comfortable. Too many times, we as women are to quick to point out our  flaws. I have scars from surgery, and she made me comfortable about  keeping them in the photos. To accept myself as I am. I will book this again. You rock, Jolene! 

Everything from hair, makeup, helping me pick out outfits and the whole photo shoot.... it was so much more than I expected. I honestly came into this so nervous and thinking that I was going to have a hard time finding even one photo that Jolene was going to be able to capture that made me look alright. I never doubted her talent as a photographer, but it was more in myself and being plus size. When I saw the final photos I couldn't help but CRY... I didn't know who I was looking at because it certainly couldn't be ME!! Well at least how I see myself. 

I never knew that i could actually feel pretty and Jolene  found that. I'm more than satisfied with my session and I'll for sure be a return customer!  I definitely recommend Jolene and UPLifted Boudoir to everyone!

I've been married for 3 years now and I wanted to give my husband an anniversary present. I'm at the time in my life where I am going through changes as I feel that my youthfulness is fading. I just wanted to know that I could still feel sexy as i go through the major milestone of turning 50. 

I felt surprisingly comfortable during my experience with Jolene. She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. I brought 3 outfits and with her suggestions added some items from her client closet which really completed the looks. I was really surprised at how good the pics turned out. I guess I didn't realize that I had it in me. Jolene knew how to bring that part of me out in the photos. 

I'm  26 and a full time working mommy of four. I have an amazing husband who  loves and cares for me so much. It took a lot of hard work, mistakes,  and some very hard trials to overcome to get where I am today.

This  photo shoot I did was a gift I received for my wedding, from my lifetime  best friend. She has been one of the ones who always made sure my true  beauty came out. I'm so glad she talked me into doing this. I absolutely  loved the experience.

I  also loved how Jolene made me feel so comfortable during the photo shoot!  I was a nervous wreck about the shoot days before it happened. My  photos turned out so beautiful. She was able to catch that Beauty we  don't always see in ourselves. I can definitely mark this off my bucket  list. Thank you Jolene I don't know how many more times I can say thank  you!

Rarely ever do I put effort into doing my hair , makeup  and slipping on something sexy. So it was so nice and fun to have a day  of doing those things and it being all about me for once! Jolene was so  upbeat and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. She seemed to  be just as excited and into it as I was. She knows her stuff and helped  me get in the perfect positions and took shots from all angles to get  the most flattering ones. The reveal was harder than I thought it would  be, so hard to narrow them down when they are all beautiful and  flattering! Jolene was so helpful putting similar ones side by side to  compare and helping me chose a variety; looking, eyes closed, smile, no  smile, full body, half body, head, etc. Its so hard to wait to get the  pictures, I can't wait to show them off and empower the women in my life  to do this too! I definitely want to do a shoot again when I get back  in shape and will hopefully be able to compare and say that I look  beautiful either way!

Thank you for this UPlifting experience! You're a great person and super comfortable to be around, naked or clothed! Lol

I  decided to do an UPLifted Boudoir Experience to boost  my self confidence (which it did!) And to give my fiance a gift he would  never expect! 

After my  hair and makeup was done I was insanely surprised at how pretty I  looked. I didn't look tired! My hair is extremely long and takes a lot  of work to manage and Jolene tackled it and made it look amazing. The  whole shoot was so fun! I was pretty nervous but Jolene made me feel at  ease. When the pictures were revealed I was shocked. I honestly couldn't  believe it was me in the pictures. They looked incredible and it was  really hard to decide which ones made the final cut!

I'll be back for another shoot. It was a great experience that made me feel fantastic

Jolene was  awesome. I have a ton of hair so it took awhile to curl. I thought the  makeup was very flattering. She played whatever music I liked and served  me a nice glass of wine. It set a nice atmosphere and helped me relax.  Jolene has a good sense of humor which sets you at ease.


I  was very satisfied with the whole experience and would love to do it  again. I recommend it to anyone young, old, small or voluptuous! Jolene  will capture the best you!!

  I strongly believe that everything happens for a  reason. Over the past year I have been working on building up my self  esteem. I have lost over 30 pounds so far and recently I chopped off 14+  inches of my hair (donated 12-14 inches). What a confidence buster it  was. Which is the main reason I did a Boudoir photo shoot.

 I  did this for myself. It just happens to be that the photos are a bonus for my husband. I recently celebrated my 36th birthday.  I’ve always wanted to do this style of a photo shoot. However, no one up here would do them, nor did I trust anyone to take them. When I found out about  UPLifted Boudoir Photography, I was like ‘Hell Yeah! finally I can get  my photos done.’ It did happened a lot sooner than planned. Thank you  Halloween special: Sugar skulls! That was the sign I need to do this now in my life. 

Wow! Jolene  is a one women operation! Very talented & makes you feel super comfortable being there. Loved how the sugar skull makeup came out.

   The big reveal, I was amazed & shocked. There were a few shots that  I couldn’t believe that was me! Loved them all. Hardest key is choosing  which ones to keep. Can’t wait till next time!

 Tip  for future super models (cause that is what you are!) do yoga!!! The  photo shoot is a workout, but fun. The heels I found to be powerful and  sexy. Something about being in heels just makes me feel powerful, hurt  my feet-worth it! Be yourself. We all have inner beauty and this  experience lets it shine through. You don’t have to walk in the heels  but wear them like you know how to. Talk about confidence and  empowerment you feel during the photo shoot!  Thank you!!!

I have always had self image issues for as long as I can  remember. I do not see what everyone else sees when I look in the  mirror. I also just ended a 10 year relationship, right after losing my  biggest supporter in 2018 to a very brief but strong battle with cancer,  my Dad. I needed something to open up my eyes to my beauty and power as  a woman.

I have known  Jolene for just about 18 years and quite honestly if I didn't personally  know her, I would never have done this kind of photo shoot. From all  the communication before the shoot to the very end, she made everything  very natural, relaxing, and the absolute most important thing, fun! I'm  not a girly girl, per say, very rarely do I do my make up and hair. When  I seen what she did with my hair and make up, I looked like a  completely different person, absolutely stunning! Even my daughter was  in awe when she saw me afterwards. And, my hair held the curls! After  the shoot, it seemed like forever(2 hours)  lol, I went back to see the  big reveal of my photos. I couldn't believe what I seen on the screen.  All the photos were way better than I could have ever imagined! It took a  long time to narrow down and choose the photos for my album. Jolene was  great at helping me decide what pictures I couldn't live without.

I  definitely recommend anyone who needs a little confidence boost to do a  boudoir shoot. To embrace their beauty and power as an amazing, badass  woman!

With  20 years of working in the Food service industry, much of what I  yearned for was to feel my femininity. Hats and uniforms do little to  make a want-to-be princess shine. And coming out as transgendered 15  years ago, compounded the feelings of being lost and trapped. Hoping to  awaken the woman I had worked so hard to become, I summoned some courage  and booked the photo-shoot. I felt confident, but nobody had ever seen  me in lingerie before....so I was quite self-conscious of my body and  appearance. It nearly stopped me from following through.
I  contacted and texted Jolene countless times, Each time she would put me  at ease and tell me she was going to bring me through this and make me  shine. By the time the appointment had come, immediately it felt like a  friend was there for me. Jolene gave me the grand tour, and before long I  found myself in her chair, being pampered. Jolene was chatty while  putting curls in my hair and she felt like an old friend. When she  turned me in the styling-chair to reveal the "look", I was in awe. Then  it was time for outfits. Jolene reassured me I was looking good and  would be just fine. When we started the first few poses, I began feeling  totally fierce.
Jolene  kept offering positive feedback and encouragement as well. Before I knew  it we had completed shooting. The reveal time arrived and I was so  anxious to see the images I could barely speak. She had done a  miraculous feat of transforming an old tired woman into a sensual  Goddess. I am still amazed it was even possible, and more so, on how it  happened. The fun, excitement, exploration and feelings of being so  fiercely sensual has awakened the goddess within me. 
I  offer this quote: "As women, we do this to reconnect with our  sexuality, our need to feel desirable, our need to feel like the  absolute bombshell that we can’t always be (or don’t WANT to be) in  everyday life. But every now and then we need to reconnect to the fiery  goddess that we know is there. And she is in everyone."
 

I had been thinking about doing something like this for quite some time. Then I won the experience through a fB drawing!

Having  Jolene do my hair and makeup was a lot of fun. Not something I usually  do to that extent for myself. I was really glammed up! Jolene was very  knowledgeable in regards to lighting and poses that would show me off  best. It made it easy to lose myself in the experience. The day flew by!  Viewing the photos was very eye opening. I felt very empowered seeing  myself as a sexy goddess!

I loved the entire  experience! I would definitely do this again and actually talked to  Jolene about doing an outdoor shoot this summer. Can't wait!

This photo shoot was one of the most empowering  monumental pivotal moments of my life.  Learning to see the outer beauty  the way other people see us is not an easy thing for women.

I felt like this was my chance to do something I have never thought I’d do and the best time of my life to do it!
 

It was one of the best days of my life! I enjoyed absolutely every  moment of my experience. I was extremely nervous at first but it didn’t  take long for me to feel comfortable. When I got to sit down and look at  Jolene had done I cried. I’ve never in my life seen myself look and  feel so beautiful. I recommend this opportunity to anyone who never  thought they would.

From the time I walked in the door it was perfect.  Jolene has been a friend and part of my family as long as I can  remember. During hair and makeup we were able to catch up and chat and  just laugh and have a great time. She did an amazing job with both!! As I  knew she would! When the photo shoot started I wasn't sure what to  expect but she was so good at directing and getting right into it to  show you what's gonna happen and what to expect. I was in awe! I'll tell  you what!!  You get a workout! As do the photographer lol. The big  reveal was AMAZING! I was more than in shock seeing myself! I looked  amazing in way too many pictures. Trying to narrow it down was awful!  Lol. I wanted ALL of them. She knows how to capture the best shots! With  her guidance we made a beautiful collection that I will cherish.

Can't wait to do it again!!!

I starting following the UPLifted Boudoir Photography Page & their Goddess Group on Facebook in hopes I'd muscle up the  courage to one day book a photo shoot; I had always wanted to do one. 

On  a whim I entered a giveaway on her page and I WON!! I couldn't believe  it! I won a free photo shoot and $250 towards products. I had no excuse not to book a photo shoot.

I  am a worrier, so naturally I spent the month prior to my shoot trying  to talk myself out of doing it. But I am SO GLAD I didn't! From the  moment I walked in Jolene was warm and friendly. I usually wear a hat  and minimal makeup most days at work, so it was fun to get dolled up!  Hair and makeup was a great time to get to know each other which helped  to ease my nerves when it came to the actual photo shoot. Jolene helped  to narrow down my outfits that I brought and even offered ideas from her  own client closet, which was great! Her client closet has a variety of  options of outfits, shoes, and jewelry. During the shoot Jolene was  wonderful. She was a calm presence that made the photo shoot fun and  easy. She took the guess work out of it, by directing each photo and  pose. 

During the photo reveal I couldn't stop smiling! I couldn't  believe that was me up on the big computer screen. Jolene did an  excellent job helping to narrow down the ones I really liked, which was  much harder then I thought it was going to be, I wanted to take them all  home! She offers a variety of photo packages and wall prints, along  with payments plans. She did not try and sell me on anything I didn't  want or pressure me into buying more then you intended to, it was great!  Jolene thank you for giving me this opportunity to see myself in a new  light! :) I will never forget this experience and will have the photos  to look back on and remind myself that I am a bad ass bitch ;)

I signed up for the Tattooed Goddess Ambassador shoot  for two reasons. First was to build some self confidence after a toxic  and bad relationship. Second reason because I wanted to show off the  tattoos people never see because tattoos are sexy to me!

The  whole experience was amazing! Jolene is truly awesome and made me feel  at ease. I have severe anxiety and issues with being self conscious..  neither of these two issues presented during the shoot and I was able to  enjoy it all.

I entered a contest after seeing several friends  transformations. Due to my Thyroid issues I take meds every day to control my levels and also to control anxiety that is affected due to  the hormone imbalance. Since having children and my Thyroid removed I  have gained weight and struggle with weight loss and feeling beautiful.  Although not a day goes by that my amazing husband doesn't tell me I'm  sexy or beautiful, I just struggle with the realization. I haven't felt  comfortable in my body for years. Growing up I was always very thin. I  finally realized that beauty comes from within. As a mother of 2 girls  I'm always letting them know how beautiful they are, that flaws are  really not flaws but more another form of fingerprints that make them  unique Beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, race and age. Beauty is not what  society makes us believe it is, it's what comes from deep inside.

I  was extremely nervous as the shoot got closer. The morning of the shoot  I suffered a anxiety attack as I worked myself up. I arrived and was  greeted by Jolene with the biggest smile. She immediately made me feel  comfortable. Having had children and extra weight my body is not smooth  or flat, Jolene made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. It took me  a bit to loosen up but you would never guess from the photos how  incredibly nervous I was. What Jolene does for women is life changing,  and I can't thank her enough for the transformation of my soul and  attitude towards my body.

Thank you for making this experience incredible! You are an amazing person with such a huge heart.

I have always  been jealous of the experience my daughters' experienced at their senior  pictures. How come they got to have gorgeous pictures of themselves  taken and I never had? 


I  had seen Jolene's work and trusted her to do well by me. My body has  served me well for the past 60+ years. It's gotten me through a lot. I'm  doubtful it will ever look better than it does now. So why not have  this experience?


Of  course, hair and makeup is always fun. I had never had fake eyelashes  before. I did question my sanity when I put on my fancy lingerie and  walked into the studio but Jolene made me feel like it was an everyday  experience and she got me through it. When I saw the pictures on  Jolene's computer I was blown away. I thought I looked good. The  pictures were even better when the final pictures showed up. My husband  adores them. We think I look like a pin-up model. I'm so glad I did this  for myself.

My girlfriend sent me an invite to join the group and I  did. What a shock! Hidden in our little small town was an unbelievable  business. The pictures were absolutely beautiful. From the day I opened  up the site I knew I had to check this off my bucket list. I sent Jolene  a message and the rest is history. I used every excuse in the book the  night before not to go. But I forced myself to go. I am so glad I did!

From  the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and at ease. Jolene  greeted me at the door with her bubbly vivacious personality. Then she  sat me down in the hot seat for the hair and makeup. All the while not  letting me see what she did, except for when she bobby pin my hair back  and said don't worry, it's not going to stay like this. She must have  seen the look on my face! Now it starts getting real. I'm here and I'm  going to do what I told myself I would do. The photo shoot was actually  fun, exciting, and invigorating! Jolene was a true professional who  makes you feel like you are the badass goddess she wants you to feel!  The big reveal. The moment of truth, and more nerves than the two months  leading up to the shoot. She shows you the first picture, and all you  can think is...is that me? With each passing picture Jolene has to get  the box of Kleenex. She is simply amazing with her talent and how she  makes you feel totally different than how you've been made to feel in  the last 50 years. She's not only a photographer but she is a woman who  is a role model for women. You walk away from there not only with a  photo shoot, but feeling empowered as a woman. Thank you Jolene for not  only what you do but who you are!
