I'm an Upper Michigan Native, aka Yooper girl and the woman behind the Makeup brush & the camera at UPLifted Boudoir Photography. I love creating art, Enjoying the world's best sunrises on Lake Superior, Hiking with my fur babies through the forest, Offering compliments to strangers, Witnessing a smile, Empowering people and Enjoying life. I graduated from Northern Michigan University with my Cosmetology license in 2001. I have a full spectrum of abilities from glamor to special effects transformations. I LOVE Halloween!

Hi I am Amanda the studios office guru. In my spare time when I am not running one of my three children to some after school practice, I am often painting or creating art. I also have fur & feather babies and buzzing babies(I am a hobbiest beekeeper) I love to go for walks and wander thru the woods. I love hearing the roar of waterfalls.

My Why
I have been doing an array of different types of photography for over 10 years. When I found Boudoir I completely fell in love! I love helping women find their inner Goddess. Help them to feel better about themselves, inside and out. We all struggle with self image, I have struggled my whole life, and I want to help women overcome as much of that as I can. My favorite part of the day is clients photo reveals. I love seeing clients reactions as we watch the slide show for the first time from their session. Watching, the jaw drops, smiles, laughter, and sometimes a few tears shed, fills my soul. Women telling me I have changed their life helping them find themselves, their confidence. I am absolutely grateful and honored everyday. Women of all ages, shapes & sizes trust me to provide them with this UPLifting experience. You don't need to lose 15 pounds or wait for the perfect body or the perfect time to enjoy a boudoir experience. TRUST US. Because the perfect body does not exist. Boudoir is for every BODY.
